We collect the minimal data required to operate the service, including account details, email, company name, and cheque metadata.
When using Google Sign-In, OmniCheck accesses basic profile information (email address, full name, Google User ID, and profile picture). This data is used solely for account authentication, user identification, and multi-device cloud synchronization. We do NOT sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties, nor do we use it for advertising, marketing profiling, or training artificial intelligence models. All Google user data is stored securely using 256-bit encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest via Google Firebase Cloud Infrastructure). You may delete your account and all associated Google user data at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account or by contacting support@omni-check.com.
AI features operate under strict security protocols. Your financial data is never used to train public AI models.
All payments are processed securely via Paddle. We do not store any credit card numbers on our servers.
